My name is Gary Reel. I have worked in real estate, construction, and development for more than a decade.

I began my career in New York, working with major construction firms from 2010 to 2016. During this time, I built a foundation in construction standards, project execution, and client management.

In 2016, I purchased my first investment property in Queens, New York. That experience marked my transition from construction into ownership and development. I later completed three custom-built residences in Southampton, Long Island.

My work expanded into commercial development in Huntington, New York, and Manhattan. I also developed two 16-unit multifamily apartment buildings in New London, Connecticut.

After relocating to Tennessee in 2020, I focused on long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and Section 8 housing. This resulted in the acquisition and development of a portfolio of properties in underserved markets. I have evaluated more than $10 million in residential investment strategies and executed over $50 million in completed projects.
