This option offers a shorter time frame and focuses on dividend-producing companies. Returns are provided annually, and all unused cash is placed into the funds to continue generating payouts. This structure is ideal for individuals who want flexibility while still supporting income-producing opportunities.

2- Year Lockup

This option draws from a diverse pool of short-term rental properties. By combining multiple rentals into one structure, it creates balanced performance potential while reducing exposure to any single property. Payouts are provided quarterly throughout the two-year period.

3-Year Lockup

This option focuses on long-term rental properties that provide steady, government-supported rental income. Funds placed in this program support stable housing projects, including Section 8 rentals, creating a consistent cash-flow structure over a three-year period with payouts delivered quarterly.
